The Team

What growth has looked like from inside Eagle.

These perspectives come from different parts of Eagle, with careers shaped by hands-on experience, continued learning, and opportunities to take on more responsibility.

From the President

I joined Eagle Surveying in 2016 as a field crew member. Over the next several years I moved through field work, CAD, coordination, management, and eventually into the President role. That progression happened because Eagle gave me room to take on more responsibility and prove I was ready for the next step.

The work here is precise, the clients are demanding, and the standards are high. That creates real opportunity for people who want to learn, take ownership, and grow. Eagle will invest in you, give you room to prove what you can do, and create opportunities to lead when you are ready.

Eagle is still growing. I want the people who join us now to have the chance to build their careers as the company grows with them.

Mason DeckerPresident · Eagle since 2016
From the Director of Operations

I started at Eagle in 2016 as a Crew Chief and spent about five to six years in that role. I watched people around me get promoted and saw there was real opportunity here if you were willing to grow with the company. I later moved into field coordination and then operations leadership.

What has always made Eagle different to me is the people, the atmosphere, and the investment in employees—from equipment and technology to the opportunity to take on more responsibility. Eagle gave me a path to grow professionally, and that same opportunity continues to exist for others today.
