Education & Higher-Ed Campuses
Serving Texas school districts, colleges, and universities.Campus projects bring together facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and administrators, often while the campus remains fully operational. Eagle supports school districts, colleges, and universities with surveying and Reality Capture that stay coordinated from early planning through construction and final documentation.

Campus work rarely ends with one survey.
Bond programs, additions, renovations, athletic facilities, and site improvements can span years and involve different project teams. A consistent survey framework helps keep control, records, and field information usable as one campus project leads into the next.
Work that lands inside the school calendar.
School construction is often compressed into summer breaks, holidays, and other limited access windows. Eagle coordinates field schedules with the project team so survey work is planned around those constraints and multiple campus assignments can move when the program requires them.
Crews that respect an occupied campus.
Students, faculty, staff, and daily operations may remain on campus while survey work is underway. Eagle coordinates access with the appropriate campus and project personnel and plans field activity around occupied buildings, traffic, events, and other site restrictions.
Keep the survey record useful beyond the current project.
Architects, engineers, contractors, and program teams can change from one project to the next. Boundary work, survey control, as-builts, plats, and other survey records established for the campus can become valuable information for the projects that follow.
Existing conditions that old drawings may not show.
Renovation projects often begin with drawings that are incomplete, outdated, or no longer match field conditions. When the scope calls for it, Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) can document existing building geometry and provide a measured dataset for the design team.
See the whole campus, not just the jobsite.
Reality Capture can add another layer of information when campus teams need broad site context, detailed existing-condition documentation, or a recurring visual record of construction. Eagle coordinates Reality Capture with the survey work so the datasets can be tied to a consistent project basis when the scope requires it.

Flight operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 by pilots holding FAA Remote Pilot Certificates. Eagle reviews applicable FAA airspace, operating restrictions, authorization requirements, weather, access, and site conditions before flight.
Campus experience across Texas.
Eagle has supported school districts, universities, private schools, and campus projects ranging from individual improvements to larger district and capital programs.

Education & Higher-Ed Campus FAQs
The questions districts, universities, architects, and construction managers ask before bringing a surveyor onto campus.
A consistent control framework becomes increasingly valuable when a bond program includes multiple projects, campuses, consultants, and contractors. Existing control should be evaluated before it is relied upon, and new work should be coordinated so later projects can reference a dependable project basis rather than starting over each time.
The scope depends on the project, but campus topographic work may include existing improvements, elevations, drainage features, visible utilities and utility evidence, pavement, buildings, site features, trees when requested, and other information required by the civil or architectural team. Eagle coordinates the survey scope with the intended design use before fieldwork begins.
Existing surveys, plats, control information, construction drawings, and other campus records can be valuable, but they should be evaluated before being relied upon for new work. Eagle can review available information and determine what can appropriately be incorporated, verified, supplemented, or reestablished for the current assignment.
The survey information needs to remain clear as project teams change. Eagle can coordinate control, survey records, field requests, deliverable formats, and current project information with the appropriate team so separate assignments do not become disconnected from the larger campus record.
Useful records may include final surveys, as-builts, survey control information, recorded plats, easement documents, CAD or GIS files when included in the scope, and other project-specific survey deliverables. Keeping those records organized can give future design and construction teams a stronger starting point.
Eagle provides professional surveying for school districts, colleges, and universities across Texas from its Denton and Waco offices. Select Reality Capture assignments can also be supported nationwide depending on project scope, access, schedule, and mobilization requirements.
